Will these work on my iPad and Apple Pencil?
Yes, on any iPad that runs Procreate. If you're picking one, I recommend the iPad Air. You'll also need a pressure-sensitive Apple Pencil (1st gen, 2nd gen, or Pro), because the brushes respond to how hard you press. The one to skip is the Apple Pencil USB-C, which has no pressure sensitivity. And since Procreate stopped supporting third-party styluses in 5.3, an Apple Pencil is your only route. Not sure which Apple Pencil you need? See my guide.I'm on Procreate 5.4 and can't find the brushes.
They're in your "Classic" library, where 5.4 keeps imported and custom brushes, separate from Procreate's own new sets. Swipe or pinch in the brushes panel to find Classic.How do I get my files after I buy?
Right after checkout, you'll get an email with the subject line "You've been granted access…" from Iva from Art Side of Life. It has your download link and everything you need to get started. It usually lands within minutes, but in rare cases, give it up to half an hour. If it hasn't turned up by then, check your spam or promotions folder, and searching your inbox for "Art Side of Life" will bring it right up. Still nothing? Get in touch and I'll make sure you get your files.Can I use these commercially?
Yes. You may use the brushes and paper textures for personal and commercial work. You can't re-distribute or re-sell the brushes and paper textures themselves in any shape or form.Are these beginner-friendly?
Yes. Start with a couple, and branch out as you grow. You can also join my membership to get access to tutorials where I use them on fun projects.

Hi, I'm Iva.
I'm a mixed media artist and illustrator. I paint with gouache, watercolors, pencils, and Neocolors, and I wanted my digital sketchbook in Procreate to feel the same under my hand. So I made these brushes. I tune each one until the digital stroke behaves like the real thing, so people often can't believe my Procreat artworks were not done in traditional way!
I built the tools I wanted when I was starting out, and I made them for you to use too, so you skip the fiddly setup and get to the fun part faster.
