- Get your Replacement Tips
I recommend the original Apple Pencil tips
- Unwrap the replacement tip
- Take the replacement tip out
- Unscrew the old tip
- Screwn in the new tip
- You are done!

I change my Apple Pencil tip every 2-3 months because I draw on Procreate every day, and I use a Paperlike screen protector, which is rougher than iPad’s display. Before, when I didn’t use Paperlike, I didn’t have to change the tip at all.
You will know when to change the Apple Pencil tip when the inside metal part starts coming out, and when you draw, it won’t be as smooth as before.
The Apple Pencil tip can last forever if you don’t use any screen protector. I use the Paperlike screen protector, and I have to change it every 2 – 3 months because I draw in Procreate every day.
